Increasing Military Cooperation between Two Countries, Pangdam Receives Honorary Visit from Army Staff Talks

Denpasar - Pangdam IX/Udayana Major General TNI Sonny Aprianto, S.E., M.M., received a courtesy call (Courtesy Call) from the South Korean Army (South Korea Army) in the context of Army Staff Talks (AST) between the Indonesian Army and the South Korean Army, on  Tuesday (22/11) at the Military Commander's Guest Room, Makodam IX/Udayana, Jalan Udayana No 1 Denpasar.

 The arrival of the Delegation of the Indonesian Army, led by Pa.Sahli Tk.  III Kasad for Interactive and Cyber ​​Sector, Maj. Gen. Bambang Sapriadi, S.I.P., M.Sc., together with the Delegation of the South Korean Army chaired by Brigadier General Yun Han il and the entourage to Makodam related to the area of ​​Bali Province, which is one of the territorial areas of Kodam IX/Udayana.

 Army Staff Talk TA courtesy visit.  2022 at the IX/Udayana Military Command which was received directly by the IX/Udayana Military Commander is one of the 2nd day agenda of the activity schedule which was carried out for 5 days in the Province of Bali, from 21 to 25 November 2022.

 The aims and objectives of Army Staff Talks activities between the Indonesian Army and the South Korean Army are in order to evaluate military cooperation between the armies of the two countries which have been carried out in FY 2022 and to formulate policies regarding military cooperation activities and exercises to be carried out in FY 2023 in the framework of  increase the friendship between the two countries and the professionalism of soldiers, especially the Armies of the two countries.

 So that it is hoped that the common goal will be achieved, namely the establishment of close coordination and communication between the Indonesian Army and the South Korean Army in carrying out military cooperation activities in accordance with the policies of both parties.

 Apart from that, the realization of interoperability between the two Army Military in terms of knowledge about humanitarian operations and disaster management as well as world peace operations in a professional manner.

 The event which took place with great intimacy was also present accompanying the Regional Military Commander including Kasdam IX/Udayana, Irdam IX/Udayana, Kapok Sahli Pangdam IX/Udayana, Asrendam IX/Udayana and Assistants Kasdam IX/Udayana.  (Pendam IX/Udy)
